Since receiving a new router from Sky I can not reconnect my 3 SONOS speakers as it wants to connect to WiFi network called SONOS which was formed on the old router.
I've exhausted all routes with SONOS, I think it's to do with how I set the WiFI network with the old router. Can anyone please help me,
thanks

got it sorted by contacting the UK Sonos helpdesk (0800 number).
Needed to plug in the Ethernet cable into router and 1 of the speakers and it created a new temporary Sonos wifi network- then went into settings, system update an had to type in the new router and password and connected the other speakers.
Good to have the tunes back on!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you previously setup a WiFi network called 'Sonos' then you'll need to do the same with your current router or factory reset the speakers.
You may also need to split the WiFi bands as detailed in the guide below.

I've had a similar issue with switching from sonos play 5 with 2x play 1 system to a sonos beam. I've managed to connect them now with support from sonos customer service buy was told that my sky tv box
is causing interference and I'd need to turn off the sky tv box wifi. Anyone know if this is correct and how I'd do it?
