SKY bb has stopped working from 22nd Nov early morning, apparently it's a problem with SKY internally and not an Openreach fault, they are telling me it will now be Wednesday 27th at the earliest before they know what the issue is never mind fixing it, so 5 days to investigate, what a joke. Worst thing I ever did going to SKY, customer service don't know what they are doing. glad they offer a cooling off period, I'm now in the process of going to BT or Vodafone
