@salim2 you are not talking to Sky by posting in this forum you would need to call Sky if you want help but normally they cannot help with speed issues until the connection has been in place for 10 days as some technologies require timecto optimise.
However if you want help from forum members post some details and includecthe speed test result Sky show in the service checker innthe My Sky app, what product you are buying and what speeds you arexseeing on devices and whether they are networked using WiFi or by cable.
