SKY MAX keeps dropping signal
It's been a month and my upgrade to sky max is still dropping signal. Had to turn WiFi calling off phones, Netflix does not load through sky app and constantly getting buffering. Paying more for a poorer service

Hi. I have done all the resets and its still as bad if nit worse than before. The sky q box is now losing connetion too on a regular basis. Can this be looked into again as it unusable at the moment

Could i please get some help on this? The broadband is simply terrible since the upgrade. Q boxes lose internet, apps wont load or are at best really slow, coverage has vastly reduced (used to pick up all aroud the hose and garden now it is lost in the next room. I have done all the resents several times with no success
