SKY Broadband has become unstable
Hi, Recently my sky broadband has become very unstable, getting disconnected every other day, been like this the last 2 months, I go from 45mb down to dropping to around 25mb when it disconnects. Rebooting the router seems to fix the speed issue but its becoming so unrealible now, was absolutely fine before but now its a big issue, especially when working from home. It can happen any time of the day, morning, afternoon or evening, its got to the point I will start looking for a new provider, anyone having similar issues?

With ions if customers there will be people having the same issues. When I joined Sky many years ago I had the very same issues but after a call to Sky they fixed it.
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Thanks, I've tried that, last time it said there was an issue someone will be out to fix it, few days later it said fixed. now its showing that everything is fine, i'll give them a call, cheers.
This is via ethernet and wifi. The LEDs on front of the router turn off, and eventually become orange before reconnecting again at a slower speed. I've reset router to factory too. Could it be a faulty router thats why it restarted? This is from acitivity log:

@Jhey Also what led's turn amber to indicate the issue? Post the whole table capture so we can see the big picure just as the example yo see....

Your stats dont indicate an immediate issue. What speeds are you seeing over ethernet?
