Hi this morning my BB Hub went off and rebooted, after some time it was still one green light, so I unplugged it waited a while and plugged the power back.
This time the Hub restarted but had changed the 2.4 and 5 ghz to the same SSID I add 24 to the end of the SSID.
But now nothing connects to the 2.4 it says no internet when I connect via my laptop or mobile.
5ghz is fine.
Any ideas?

It sounds like the router is having issues as by your description it seems like its factory reset itself. You may need to get in touch with Sky to get a replacement.
