Rubbish

Why is my sky broadband so rubbish,all my other neighbours have brilliant internet from other providers,they have 50-150 mbh,I have 11-14mbh why???? Sky claim the internet junction is too far yet all my other neighbours broadbands run off the same junction 🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷

@Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrf do you know your neighbour's line run to the same cabinet as a fact or are just assuming they do? It is not common but in some areas where lines have been installed at different times two neighbour's lines can go to different cabinets. 

 

Try entering your full address into this checker https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome

as that will tell you both the cabinet and the speeds you should be seeing. Thendo the same with a neighbour's address you know is getting faster speeds. 150Mb/s means they are not on a standard FTTC connection as those top out at 80Mb/s. If you want help,in in understanding the results put them in a. post but obscure the address detail.
