Rubbish speeds and service - any help?

Our wifi is hopeless for every day tasks - despite putting in a booster. We don't game any gaming. All I am trying to do is  work from home and use Teams - and I seem to be the only one who keeps dropping out and having my screen freeze. Its embarrassing and making my working life difficult. Am I the only one in my organisation on Sky? I have tried some of the self-help suggestions onthe sky website to no avail.. I have also fruitlessly  tried to find a phone number to talk to them but with zero success. Seems they only want you to contact them to buy a product but make it impossible to get help. I got to one page that seemed to offer a number but it wouldn't load. Is the only way to get good wifi to leave and go to BT because I believe they guarantee wifi in every room.

No ISP actually does that because it's not technically possible in every property: thick enough walls will always defeat WiFi, for example.  The 'guarantee' is to attempt to provide coverage, and refund any additional payments made by the customer if this isn't achieved.
