Dropped from 12.3 to 8.6 to 1.6
utter nightmare - dropping out of work calls etc
consistently low
For last 10 days & affecting work !

@ClaireP1969 Run the sky service checker and report how the system thinks the last 30 days that your broadband looks like, it should show you that downward spiral. Link is below. Click on he broadband to expand the view, run the diagnostics from it also.

@ClaireP1969 You could have had any kind off issue, but you supplied virtually zero information for anyone to work with, apart from your speed indication so took a punt you have a copper fttc Master Socket connected system, and if it is working the Off/On switching can seriously force you down to a very low speed. Just keep an eye out now how the performance is. If you need to call sky then do so.
