Router works on phone but not connecting to tv..co,down
My router is working as I have WiFi on my phone but isn't connecting to tv, I have reset several times!! Co,down customer

@Ger28 if other devices are connecting via the Sky hub you do not have an issue with your broadband as such. Several reasons why a TV might not connect but one annoying cause is the TV does not like the default WiiFi security setting the white Sky hubs use. Simply solved by going into the My Sky app and finding the hub's advanced settings and changing the security setting to WPA2 from WPA3-T. Samsung TVs seem particularly prone to this iisue.
