Router stuck on slow flashing green light

Been waiting 3 days for an engineer to come out and still no sight of them

I've tried restarting, holding the wps button down, everything that's been suggested basically

@alexj_bull If you have informed sky then you should be able to see the visit in your order tracker, if it has turned out to be an area fault then no Engineer will be attending to you for anything!

Service checker would indicate what you have!

The visit is there but it hasn't updated since it was made

Service Checker says it's not an area problem and doesn't give much information on what the problem is

@alexj_bull FTTC or FTTP service, if FTTP what is showing lights wise on the ONT!
