Guys, my sky broadband router keeps losing connection, its done it a few times this past week almost every day at aroun 4pm, sometimes later, sometimes earlier.  Today its done it twice now, and will reconnect within 4/5 minutes.
However it is getting ridiculous, this happened a few months ago and a new router was sent out and has been fine for some time.  But this past week it has been awful.
I'm unable to get into the admin panel using the password on the back of the router either, not sure whats going on with it!!!

@fuzed Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic
If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I've done all this, there are no errors found when it's rebooted, as all the lights are green.
I've got an engineer booked for Tuesday now. But unsure they'll find a fault.
