Router not working and can’t speak to sky

Our sky checker says everything is fine. But nothing connects to WIFI. I've tried to call Sky but the options on the phone to connect to customer services (ie push button 4) also fails to work!  I am stuck

@PaulH551 WiFi calling via Mobile, try direct non and mobile connection! the IVR is just not responding to you key press!

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
