Router not visible to any device. Unable to connect via WiFi.

Hello. We had sky fibre installed yesterday. The router was working fine up until about 8:30pm last night. The WiFi connection to all devices suddenly disconnected and we are now unable to connect any device to the router - it's not visible on any device in the house. Please can you assist.

I had the same issue, my broadband got installed today, not visible on any edvice

 

The complaint team not found anything wrong and close the complaint, tried contacting couple of times but given up after waiting for an hour each

Similar problem for me, fibre installed midday today, worked fine for a few hours, then no longer visible to devices. Broadband checker initially detects an issue then checker says all ok. Have reset with no effect.

find the solution press WPS (the button on the side) for 10-15 seconds, and the wifi will be working again, Thanks

found same solution press wps button for 30 seconds to reset the router all fine since

Hi further to my earlier message regarding no internet the message I get with run "troubleshoot" is DNS NOT RESPONDING.

please advise
