Router not sent and due to be activated tomorrow

I have changed over to Sky from EE and I am due to be activated tomorrow. I have looked on my account and itdoesn't say it has even been dispatched now. I am not sure what to do.

@Napsta you need to speak to Sky so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
