Router not connecting, wifi flashing orange or no light

As title. This has been going on for 2 days now. I have done the self tests several times. I have taken the picture as required. I have unplugged and plugged everything back in. Still no service and absolutely no way to get through the dreadful phone system to talk to someone!!

i need this fixed now. 
how can I get this fixed?

@ClumberDog  When you run the service checker does it give you any information on what is going on with your service?

No issues showing up. 
also I made a mistake and trying to amend the post but not given the option. 
the internet light is flashing orange. Wifi is green

@ClumberDog  Have you ran the following below.

 

Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I have run the broadband and wifi checker several times. I have unplugged everything and plugged back in. I have reset the router and still same issue. I have taken a picture as requested. 
tge checkers are both returning as green, no issues but we have no internet. 
the light on router flashes orange or isn't on at all. 
i have tried call wing but keep getting the same automated answer with a text to run the test again. 
i need to speak to a real human, pleas

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND  any of this,  P lease will an Engineer come and get the Box working.  I paY A LOT  and hardly use the TV
