Router lost in mail how can I order a new one?
Royal mail left my router r outside my house and of course it was stolen. The parcel is supposed to be signed for but was left nevertheless. I can't seem to find a way to order a replacement. Anyone have any ideas?

@Wtflix You need to call sky CS direct, for them to decide regarding what has to happen, let us know how you get on.

My son joined Sky just before Christmas. The white Sky Max hub was delivered by Royal Mail and didnt need signing for, in fact the postie left it hidden behind the wheelie bin.
Youll need to contact Sky to arrange a replacement. Sky may well need to investigate together with Royal Mail first.
