Router is not showing in My Sky App. Hence I am unable to change wifi name and passowrd.

Router is not showing in My Sky App. Hence I am unable to change wifi name and passowrd. I saw an old thread in 2023 but answers were not clear. Can anyone help on this?

An ongoing issue: Sky suggests uninstalling and reinstalling the My Sky app, but other than that it's just a question of waiting.

I tried remove and install again few times. But that's not working. Thanks for the prompt response.
