Switched from BT to sky weeks ago, switch went live on Friday but the router hasn't been delivered and is showing as awaiting shipment.
Sky said yesterday that the router would be shipped as urgent and that I'd receive an update by the end of the day.
No update amd now they are saying the delay was caused by an IT issue which they are investigating.
Can't see how hard it is for someone in the warehouse to put a royal mail sticker on a router and send it to me.
If I don't receive an update by Monday I'll be going back to BT.
