Today is our switch over day to sky and we haven't even got the router yet, under my account it says 'awaiting dispatch' and 'coming soon'
I phoned Sky earlier this week as I was concerned about this and was told by the call centre guy that an 'engineer' was going to bring it with him, but the original order email says there won't be an engineer visiting since we are switching from full fibre to full fibre.
Any ideas what's going on? My partner urgently needs wifi to work from home!
