Router has 2 red lights on front and phone line is not working

I have done all the steps that you ask of the sky help and also switched off and on and still got an issue the broadband seems to be working but router has Internet and voice lights in orange

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
