Router down - says I have satellite signal but no network.

Power light and WiFi light both solid green but no internet light. showing as not connected. Tried resetting, no luck, saying service is good in the area and no outages??

I'm having the same problem. Says connection is good but only 2 green lights on fibre box and hub!!
