Router delivery

Hi all,

I have my open reach appointment tomorrow and have not had any update in regards to the router.

On my sky it just says coming soon. Is this normal? 
And if it doesn't arrive by tomorrow how will the engineer know if everything's ok?

If you haven't received it tomorrow from royal mail tracked 24 alongside your usual mail let us know right away

Are you upgrading to full fibre fttp?

 

What router do you have at the moment?

 

If you don't get the router by tomorrow let us know and we can escalate

Yes I am upgrading to FTTP. I am currently with BT FTTC so have their router.

It just says coming soon. No expected dates or anything.

I am still waiting for my router delivery by Royal Mail. How do I get it delivered on time. I can not seem to get answers from SKY or Royal mail.

Hopefully you will see an update soon as the issue that was causing the delays has apparently been fixed so keep an eye here for updates:
