Router admin page not working

I am trying to change my router settings so that my bird box camera will work. I have managed to login and untick the box that will split the 5G Wi-Fi from the 2G. However when I click apply i get an error message saying the page is not working and no data has been sent,. I have tried doing this on an ipad and laptop and get the same issue.

@Jem+D there is a known bug with Apple devices where setting changes dont save but a windows lsptop should work if stuck try a different browser Chrome seems the most reliable.

Also ideally dont make the change on a WiFi connected device, you want to use wired if possible

The camera is a Wi-Fi camera and wash working fine until I moved over to Sky Glass. Sadly wired is not an option without changing the camera.

 

I used Chrome on the ipad and the laptop after advice from Sky tech support. They aren't allowed to help beyond that as they don't recommend splitting the two.

I dont mean connect the camera via a wire I mean make the router setting changes on a device thats wired to the router.

@Jem+D Try making the change, splitting the Wi-Fi, on the laptop, via a wired connection. The Sky routers are very very....fussy...at accepting any changes made to Wi-Fi settings, through a device connected via Wi-Fi and 999 times out of a 1000 don't play ball.
