I am trying to change my router settings so that my bird box camera will work. I have managed to login and untick the box that will split the 5G Wi-Fi from the 2G. However when I click apply i get an error message saying the page is not working and no data has been sent,. I have tried doing this on an ipad and laptop and get the same issue.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jem+D there is a known bug with Apple devices where setting changes dont save but a windows lsptop should work if stuck try a different browser Chrome seems the most reliable.

The camera is a Wi-Fi camera and wash working fine until I moved over to Sky Glass. Sadly wired is not an option without changing the camera.
I used Chrome on the ipad and the laptop after advice from Sky tech support. They aren't allowed to help beyond that as they don't recommend splitting the two.

The Sky routers are very very....fussy...at accepting any changes made to Wi-Fi settings, through a device connected via Wi-Fi and 999 times out of a 1000 don't play ball.
