Talk about a sledgehammer to crack a nut.

Log into the sky router and change the IPV4 security level from high to medium. I set mine to high the other day and guess what. My ring cameras couldn't connect. Change it back and all sorted. you can leave IPV6 as typical there's no conflict there.
