Ring doorbell won’t find Wi-Fi

We have just sky fibre over a week, after it was put in our ring doorbell and not worked.

any help please

You could try lowering the WiFi security settings in the Mysky App.


Open the App and click Broadband >>> WiFi Settings >>> Advanced Settings >>> WiFi security level >>> change to WPA2
