I'm trying to set up my ring door bell and keeps saying it's failed to connect! I'm sat right by the rota and signal bars is full?!
anyone help? And FYI I've restarted my Sky box/hub.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@TeeEo thst can happen if you using an Apple device ideally use something else or at least use Chrome rather than Safari. Its a bug in the Sky hub's firmware.

Did they fix it for you? All of their responses I've seen on the Ring help boards were totally unhelpful..
I have the same issue, and can't believe one of their solutions was to change the SSID and password to match the previous router!
