I'm trying to upgrade the OS on my Macbook. It's a 15GB download, and it tells me it's going to take 5 hours! That's a download speed of approx. 0.89 Mbps!! And yet the service checker says it's 20 Mbps 😳 I'm in West Sussex, not far from Brighton. This is completely unacceptable! What can I do?
