Returning old broadband but new one isn’t set up yet

I haven't returned my old broadband router yet because my new broadband fibre isn't set up yet engineer is only coming on the 19th December

@David630 Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

Unfortunately the automated system Sky has in place to chase up hardware returns is both over-eager to send out those messages and horribly inefficient in actually dealing with parcels received.
