Returning Sky Equipment

I am looking to return a sky modem. I have a box to package it in but no pre paid address label. Would this be something that you can supply? Ifnot where do i send this item to?

We have been informed the return packaging is usually sent out near the end of a cancellation period ie; 31 days for TV / 14 days for broadband, but you can also use your own packaging and print a label off yourself*. This link should help you

If you haven’t anything suitable give Sky another call. Keep your proof of posting very safe and indefinitely as Unipart, who handle the UK returns, don’t appear to be that well organised.

*(If you don't have access to a printer, Collect+ have shop premises that will print the labels for you).

Re: Returning Sky Equipment

For anyone that's been charged and can't find receipt of the post office stop took me a while to work out but you book it to be collected by Royal Mail you will have an email Royal Mail support and you can track on there I've just been charged £50 and they asked me to prove it was delivered two months ago so check your emails people don't get scammed rude they don't tell you really
