Returned Both Equipment

Its a bad day when after calling sky boardband that there Returns Dept has recieved there Equipment back,

but Sky still hounds you for money..

Enough is Enough....

I have tried 13 times to resolve this issue on the phone and I think its time for me to leave Sky Tv/ mobile as no one listen to you at Sky Customer Service and trying to speak to a manager is totally a " Hell No".  

 You feel everytime you call Sky Customer Services.

All you seem to feel like your are doing is that your on a loop system & getting no were..

I return the Modem with the max booster and used the box sky sent me.

The supply the tracjed 48hur tracking number, which shiws Sky received both items on the 30 Oct 2025

I have proven to them so many times that sky has there Equipment back...

 

Sky calls us VIP Customer...

Will.   I have never felt like a VIP after 13 years .

VIP counts for nothing as everyone has on it their accounts so even customers that services were activated this week will have it.

@Maximum It's just the stupid computer system's takes long time for it all too dry up, but you have to deal every time no matter how frustrating it all get's, prepare for the next round when again you cancel the rest that will no doubt happen for sure!
