Return of Equipment Denied

After ending my contract I returned my hub and pods using a printed address label obtained from Sky. Royal Mail say delivery of the parcel has been refused - see pic. How do I progress?

Not sure why it would say that message but it might be worth checking again on Tuesday so after the Bank Holiday to see if it has been delivered. 

 

As you have done your bit and have the tracking details you can prove you have returned it should Sky tell you that you have not and should this happen we can arrange some help for you via here to get this sorted.
