I don't believe that's something Sky or any other domestic ISP would do.

 

Even if that was a service they offered, it wouldn't be possible to request it through a forum post.

Hi 

my router is not working, is not able to restart by it self, that's very bad. And I am not at home to restart manual. So that is it. Would not working until I get home. That is very bad design.
