Reset hub and password not working

My WiFi hub name and password wasn't working, so I've reset the hub and the original ones aren't working either

When you say it isn't working do you mean your devices are not connecting, if so what happens whenh you try to connect a device to your wifi network ?

It's saying the username and password is wrong, but I've reset the hub, so it should be the preset ones on the hub shouldn't it?

@Hobbit89 That should be correct and applied, if the factory reset was done correctly, if not it looks like it has but in fact it is just a reboot of the sky Hub that is applied. Not holding the reset long enough and watching the front light change operation to see. What actual sky Hub are you using!
