Is it possible to reschedule the delivery date of my Sky Max Hub as I will be on holiday on the expected delivery date (and the following 5 days or so afterwards) and wont be home.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mark5ky_zero I don;t think it's possible to reschedule the delivery, however Roayl Mail may be able to hold it for 1 week to allow collection from the local delivery office.

GD1 I instructed the post office to leave the parcel with a neighbour in the end.
Also (weirdly), I left our old EE router plugged in and switched on while we were away and it still worked when the service switched to Sky! I suppose the 'signal' doesn't care what router it ends up at.

When is your sky due to be activated.
It is likely that your current connection hasn't been switched

The service was activated/switched nearly 2 weeks ago. It's definitely SKY I'm using as the speeds are 5 times as fast as my old service.
