As part of some building work we are having done to our property, I need to have the broadband fibre cable rerouted. I saw a BT Openreach engineer working on the telegraph pole that supplies our service and asked if he knew of the process I needed to follow. He suggested I start by contacting Sky - but I can't find any way of raising that requirement

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@ArthurJH assuming you have a phone attached to your router dial 150 for a free call to Sky lines open early tomorrow otherwise follow the links below marked "contact us." For a 03 number . You may be charged for the work.

Thank you for your answers. Like many households, we barely use the landline at all now. When I tried to follow the advice above (dialing 150), I just got a solid 'unobtainable' tone. Then discovered I get that from all numbers including my own cell phone. Looks like I will need to resolve that as well...
