Request to upgrade my current SKY broadband to full fibre supply.

I am currently with SKY, for broadband supply, but not yet on full fibre; However, SKY are now offering full fibre to new clients, living in my postal address area, and I have entered into your syatem, put in my address, and have been advised that full fibre is available to me, (Full fibre 300 @ £29.00 permonth.) if I was a new client, living in my house.

Having spoken to Openreach, I am aware that full fibre has been fully  installed in my area, and is in fact supplied to the DP, which exists behind my house, from which my copper line is fed from.

I therefore request SKY to confirm to me, when they will be instructing Openreach to upgrade my line to full fibre.

regards

Duffy

Typically that happens once an order is placed by the subscriber with the ISP.  There's some proactive rollout going on, but whether that's applicable in your particular area is entirely down to luck.

Sky won't confirm anything as a result of a forum post.
