Dear Sir/Madam,
Since the installation of broadband internet with Sky, the service has been unusable or only intermittently available with an unstable signal. Technicians have visited multiple times and reported that the issue is due to the fiber optic cable outside the building.
A few days ago, technicians visited again but were unable to resolve the problem. We contacted the call center and spoke with the cancellation team, indicating that if the issue persisted after the technician's visit, we would request to cancel the service.
The cancellation team confirmed that we could cancel and that any payments would be fully refunded.
We would prefer to continue using your service, but as we work from home and require reliable internet for meetings and client communication, we have had to purchase a TP-Link device from Amazon as a temporary solution.
Due to these ongoing issues, I am requesting the immediate cancellation of our Sky broadband service and a full refund for the payments made, as we have been unable to use the WiFi.
Sincerely,
Dr. Ddnard Napattalung

I would expect any cancellation will still be subject to the usual 14 day notice period so not immediate.
