Good morning
I would like to book an openreach engineer to move and reposition my phone and broadband socket .
It's currently in my hall which is unsuitable because of access to electrical sockets , I've had to run an extension lead up and down my stairs for power and house the router in the window in the hall with cables on show to access the socket very unsightly plus very unsafe with the prospect of a tripping hazard.
I need it repositioned to my living room please , I am aware that there will be an charge for this service and that's absolutely
fine .
could I have the socket upgraded to a more modern socket where you can plug the router straight into it without the need for one of those filters too please .
