Report internet outage in my area

We are having difficulty in the cf45 area (wales, UK) 

11:46am 26/08/25

wifi: drop out 

device down 

1- laptop (x2) 

2- iPhones (x2) 

tv internet connection (not connected) 

this is a report to sky 

to make the engineers aware

@Welshsource You can't report faults here, the forum is manned mainly by fellow customers.

You will have to call Sky to report the issue.

@Welshsource Posting on the Forum you are not letting Sky be aware off anything, but just customers like yourself! But good to know the area wise, you should run the service checker for yourself in a couple off hours if it is deamed to be an Area Wide fault!
