Hi all,
I hope someone can help.
I have the hub router SR102 and it has started to perform odly, maybe because there are many wifi networks around or it is just the connetion... anyway, this router is old enough for not having 5Ghz Wifi support.
Does anyone knows how can I get a replacement? The chat is not useful and the support pages neither, even having issues with the test it never shows any option like that.

I've escalated your post to Sky, look out for a message on the forum. Depending on the Sky advisors operating hours it may be tomorrow or Monday before they message you. You can always call if you prefer a quicker response.
