Replacement router is not appearing on the App
Hi All,
I got my replacement router and it's working as expected. However the new router is not appearing on the Sky App preventing me to change name and WiFi password.
How to get new router on the app.. I tried re authenticating the app.

Earlier one had issues... Frequent connection drop

@RinuThomaz Going to leave this one alone, have NO experience if it's a sky Max swap out as it's all supposed to be taken care off account wise and easy to do, think there may be something help wise on sky about it all though!
