Replacement of White HUB and Wifi password

Ive just swapped over my white hub, and its got the exact same SSID and password as the one it replaced. I changed the password via the app, would the hub automatically update the wifi details?

I believe your SSID & password is stored in the cloud so when you replace the hub it sees your Sky ID and pulls those settings in
