When receiving a replacement hub is it just the box you give back or the cables too? As sky never told me they said just give the delivery driver your internet?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mickeymoo666It would be just the router and power cable. But I would actually keep hold of the old router just in case there is issues with the new one. You can always post it back with no cost to yourself.

Oh right well I phoned up the company that's delivering the new internet box and they said it's just the internet box and nothing else but the new box came with a new power cable so now I've just got the power cable off the old box and the wire that goes into the wall. It should be okay right that the power cable hasn't gone back.. as the company said just the box

When I had a router swap out recently the delivery driver wouldn't let me have the new one until I gave him the old one.
