Reolink Poe cameras not connecting through sky router

I have 2 Reolink cameras on my mum's bungalow which are connected to a POE TPLink unmanaged switch, 

The switch is connected to the sky router with a link patch lead, the cameras are visible when you are connected to the same internal network but connection fails when not,

When the cameras are connected to a temp network through a zyxcel router with a 5g Smarty Sim they work correctly,

Is there a setting in sky shield which needs to be changed to allow connection?

Does anyone know?

Now sorted, TP Link switch was found to be assigning itself an IP address same as the router even after factory reset, gave it a static so it's all good now

Hi Jim

I thought it was unmanaged after reset was done but it still assigned an IP which happened to be same as sky router

I applied a static IP to it and everything started working correctly

Happy days 

I can get the Reolink POE doorbell installed now
