Hi All.
When the Builder was renovating the house before we put it out to the rental markey they destroyed the main phone point.
We dont want to take out a contract as it will be rented out, but is there a way we get the main phone point put back in?
Or is there a way to take out the contract & then transfer it to the new people living there?
all new to this sorry.
Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@PHemns the normal process is for Openreach to re-establish the line as part of an order from a telco like Sky for a broadband service. It is quite routine but can take a whille as often they wont survey the job until the remote activation has failed. Any ISP will want a 24 month contract to take the order so it is better for ghe. New te nant to place the order as you canny transfer a contract.
