Renewed my contract on 11/12/24 and can not access my Facebook on my laptop

I  have renewed my contruct with SKY on 11/12/24 and since then I can not open my Facebook on my laptop (on my iPhone I can). My daughter took my laptop to her home (another aeria) and with another provider and was able to access my Facebook. WHY ?

You haven't said what is happening or how you access the site on your laptop so try clearing your browsers cache of you use a browser, if you use an app then try adjusting your broadband shield settings.

@Athanasia1 check the age setting for Broadband Shield in the My Sky app as it sounds like it has been reset and is currently blocking social networking see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-start
