Hi All,
In my the my Sky app, I have an alert on the home page telling me that my broadband contract ends soon and is up for renewal. When I click the link it tells me that the page cannot be displayed. In both the My Sky app and on the website I cannot find any details of a) when my contract expires or b) how to renew or cancel.
Does anybody have a solution or has this been designed so I contact Sky direct? It seems a very clumsy system if so.

Take the opportunity to call sky you can negotiate a deal that way hopefully

That said, if you are offered something which you find acceptable don't decide to 'think about it' and call back later as that offer will most likely have disappeared.
