This is a customer forum so you are not talking to Sky.
If you are seeing the £43 price on the website then that will be for new customers as you would have had an introductory price like this when you joined Sky Broadband. You could call Sky to see if they will offer you a discount and if they do it might involve a new 24 month contract,

Glad you're looking after new customers shame customers who have been with you for years are getting charged nearly £20 more ! Shocking , I wanted to renew our broadband but wondering if sky will phone me like EE have.

@C.hardy you are not talking to Sky but given virtually every company does likewise why not shop around?
